הגדולה שלי רומי הייתה בגן ובימים אלו גם הקטנה שלי יובל, הרגשתי שהגן מנוהל בצורה יסודית, אחראית, לפי פרמטרים גבוהים של הסתכלות אינדיבידואלית על הילד, צרכיו והתפתחותו. הגן מעודד ליצירתיות, לימוד שפות שונות ועבודה בקבוצות קטנות. בגיל הרך המון חום ואהבה ובהתאם להתקדמות בגיל גם חינוך לעצמאות. אני עדיין בגן ומאוד מרוצה גם מהטיפול וההתנהלות בהתאם להנחיות התקופה.

We had a terrible experience with Rainbow. They terminated our contract by a WhatsApp message saying that they can no longer meet my needs as a mother. This meant that my 1.7 years old son was left with no nursery at the beginning of the 2019 school year. It all started when I politely asked for a meeting with the manager of Rainbow at the beginning of the year. It was strange to me that there was no parents-teachers meeting at the beginning of our second year at Rainbow, as my son started a new class with new staff, some of whom were totally new, who I never met. I was concerned with some issues relating to staff, safety and the atmosphere in the class, and had no opportunity to discuss them with anyone. It seemed unreasonable to me that I need to leave my son every morning with staff I had no proper acquaintance and conversation with. There were mornings when the staff member who opened the door was someone I have never seen before. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my son there under these terms. That is especially because during our first year in Rainbow I saw a staff member improperly pulling my son’s arm, and that same staff member stayed for this year in his new group, and I saw her holding my son in an improper manner again this year. At the beginning I did not get any response from the manager, and after I asked again, the manager asked for both parents’ meeting. We couldn’t coordinate a time that suited us all and then we received a WhattsApp message sent by Rainbow’s bookeeper and signed by the manager, giving us a 1 months’ notice, saying that they can no longer meet my needs as a mother. At the beginning we were shocked as nothing prepares us to this disproportional response. We couldn’t believe they could leave a 1.7 years old child with no nursery at the beginning of the school year. We really didn’t know how to respond to that as we couldn’t believe they could do such a thing to a child. A few days later I had a call with the owner of the place regarding the safety issue that bothered me (as we still were in Rainbow during the prior notice period). This was a very unpleasant call, during which he hung up on me and then sent me a WhatsApp message saying that clearly Rainbow is not for me and that the same day we spoke should be my son’s last day in Rainbow (regardless of our prior notice period which just began) and that the staff will pack my son’s stuff for us at that very same day. I was totally shocked. I couldn’t even translate my feelings into words, I still can’t. I have never heard or experienced such a thing. Moreover, I never expected to experience such a thing in a nursery, of all places. That moment I understood that we can’t leave our son in Rainbow any longer. The manager spoke to me after that, didn’t apologize for what has happened, but did say that the owner shouldn’t be speaking to parents. She said that we could stay in Rainbow during our prior notice period. We started looking for another KG for our son immediately, hoping not to be needing the whole prior notice period, so that we could take our son out of Rainbow as soon as possible. Luckily with hard work we did manage to find another place, so that our son didn’t have to stay in Rainbow for the entire notice period.

הבן שלי מאושר להגיע לגן, מאוד אוהב את הצוות, יש כל יום פעילויות שונות ומגוות אם זה באומנות או אפיה. הילד לומד שפה שניה ברמה יומיומית

גן מתוקתק, נקי ויפה עם פעילויות מגוונות וצוות סופר מקצועי. הילד שלנו מבסוט ללכת לגן בבוקר ושמח ורגוע גם בסוף היום.

כל אנשי הצוות שיצא לנו לחוות היו מקסימים, אבל התחלופה שלהם גבוהה מאוד יחסית. בשנתיים שהבן שלי היה בגן, איש הצוות המרכזי שהיה אחראי עליו התחלף בערך 5 פעמים. הילדים מתרגלים לתחלופה ויוצא להם להכיר הרבה מצוות הגן, אז לרוב לא הרגשתי שזה מפריע לו מלבד גננת אחת אליה נקשר במיוחד, אבל זה אכן יכול להיות בעייתי.
התכנים טובים והרגשתי שהילד מתפתח מאוד בגן והאנגלית היא ללא ספק ערך מוסף. החופשים בגן מדהימים ואין כמוהם בגנים אחרים.
צוות הניהול של הגן רציני מאוד אך לפעמים מידי, כשהם מחליטים משהו הם דיי ראש בקיר וההחלטות בדרכ לא נעשות בשיתוף ההורים אלא כהנחתה מלמעלה.
בסופו של יום הייתי מאוד מרוצה מהגן והרגשתי שיש על מי לסמוך, אבל ללא ספק יש לו גם חסרונות.

גן מקסים שנותן המון לבת שלי
מושקע עם הרבה חשיבה
הצוות מתחלף המון למי שזה מפריע כי הם לא סגורים בחופשים ואז כל אי צוות מקבל ימי חופש לבחירתו ויש החלפות. לי זה לא מפריע. והעניין שהגן פתוח כל השנה מאוד מקל
